Your domain is always yours. It is registered in your name, with your email, whichever option you choose.
Questions
Do I have to change my booking app?
No. The site sends visitors to the booking page you already use, such as GlossGenius, Booksy, Vagaro, Square Appointments, Fresha or StyleSeat. If you do not have one yet, visitors can send an appointment request and the salon confirms by text.
Whose domain is it?
Yours. It is registered in your name and with your email, so it stays yours if you ever leave.
What do you need from me?
Your salon name and address, your hours, your services and prices, your booking link and some photos. We tell you what is still missing and leave out anything we do not have.
How long does it take?
Once we have your details and photos, you see a preview quickly. The timing depends mostly on how soon we receive your photos and answers.
What happens if I cancel the monthly plan?
Your domain stays yours. On request we send you your finished site as a zip file that you can host anywhere.
Can I update prices myself?
Not through an admin screen: the site is a fast static site with no dashboard. Send us the change and we update it. On the monthly plan small updates are included; on the buy plan changes are paid per request.
